Monitor mode support on NetBSD

Adapters that support monitor mode on NetBSD using the standard net80211 mechanism:

some 802.11 interfaces supported by the wi driver (Prism II and Orinoco, but not Spectrum24) - NetBSD 2.0 and later;
802.11 interfaces supported by the ath driver (Atheros) - NetBSD 2.0 and later;
802.11 interfaces supported by the atw driver (adapters using the ADMtek ADM8211 802.11 chipset) - NetBSD 2.0 and later;
802.11 interfaces supported by the rtw driver (adapters using the Realtek RTL8180 802.11 chipset) - NetBSD 2.0 and later;
Cisco/Aironet interfaces - NetBSD 2.0 and later.
